Form, costs and delivery time
The exact amount appears during the checkout process after entering the shipping address and before confirming the order.
Shipments are made at noon on all business days. For this reason, if you have placed an order on a holiday, the shipment will be made on the first working day. From that moment, the order takes from 24 to 72 hours depending on the service chosen.
Transport times may be altered by extraordinary incidents at the carrier and by difficulties in the delivery of goods. Naturflow undertakes to replace within a reasonable time any order that has been damaged or lost by the agency.
Legal guarantee, returns and exchanges
In the event of a defective product, Naturflow will proceed, as appropriate, to repair, replace, reduce the price or terminate the contract, arrangements that will be free to the customer.
The customer can choose between the exchange of the product or the full refund of the amount. The user will have 30 calendar days to make the return or exchange from the date of receipt of the order.
To request the return of the order within the indicated period of 30 calendar days (right of withdrawal), the customer must notify by mail.
The customer will send the product back to Naturflow via courier with the shipping costs to be borne by the customer within the deadline, stipulating whether you want an exchange or a refund, to the following address:

If it is a refund, Naturflow will refund the money by the same method of payment used by the customer. The costs of sending the refund are to be borne by the buyer.
In case of a change, Naturflow will make the change and send it to the customer at no cost to him. If a product other than the one requested by the customer was delivered in error by Naturflow, the correct product will be delivered to the customer at no additional charge to the buyer.
