Shipping and returns
Manner, cost, and shipping time
Shipments are made at noon every business day. Therefore, if you have placed an order on a holiday, please note that the shipment will be made on the first subsequent business day. Upon shipment, orders take about 48 to 72 hours to arrive.
Transport times may be altered due to unforeseen incidents suffered by the carrier or by difficulties in delivering the goods. Naturflow undertakes to replace any order that has been damaged or lost by carriers within a reasonable period.
Legal guarantee, returns, and exchanges
In the event a product is defective, Naturflow will, as appropriate, repair it, replace it, reduce its price, or terminate the purchase agreement at no cost to customers.
Customers can choose between exchanging the product or receiving a full refund of the amount. Customers have 30 calendar days to make returns or exchanges, starting from the date of receipt of the order. To request the return of an order within the indicated period of 30 calendar days (right to cancel), customers must give notification in writing.
Customers shall send the product back to Naturflow via a carrier and customers shall bear the shipping costs, within the aforementioned period, stipulating if a product exchange or a refund of the amount is desired, to the following address:

If a refund of the amount is desired, Naturflow will return the sum of the purchase via bank transfer to the account indicated by the customer or return the sum to the customer's credit/debit card. All shipping charges for returned goods are borne by the customer.
In the event of an exchange, Naturflow will make the exchange and send it to the customer at no cost to the latter. If a product other than what was requested by the customer was mistakenly delivered by Naturflow, the correct product will be delivered at no additional charge to the customer.
